How the contact form works

Form submissions are processed by a small server-side function hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and delivered to our business inbox by email using Amazon Simple Email Service. Submissions are not stored in a website database. They are kept in our email for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, and are deleted on request where we are not otherwise required to keep them.

Technical and security information

Like most websites, our hosting and security services automatically process technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. This website is delivered through Amazon CloudFront and protected by AWS WAF, which use this information to deliver pages and to block abusive or automated traffic, including rate-limiting repeated form submissions.

Security logs, which include IP addresses and request details but not the content of form submissions, are retained for 30 days and then deleted automatically. We may also review aggregate traffic statistics (such as total page views) provided by our hosting provider.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics scripts. Fonts and other assets are served from our own domain, so visiting the site does not send your information to font or analytics providers.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to operate this website and our business communications: AWS for hosting, content delivery, security, and email delivery, and our business email provider for our inbox. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Security

The site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions are validated and transmitted securely, and access to our systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.

Your choices

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
